Terms and Conditions

Please review all of the following Terms & Conditions if you are considering buying some pixels, especially the ones marked in red.

You are purchasing Internet Advertising in the form of 100-pixel "ad squares". The cost is $2/pixel or $200 per square.

The maximum purchase is whatever number of ad squares remain.

When you "buy" ad squares on EndTheDebate.com, you will not "own" any part of the home page or this site. Rather, you are granted the right to place advertising, by submitting an image and link, which will then be published on the site in the respective space you have paid for.

EndTheDebate, LLC will make efforts to place your ad in the position you request, however due to the speed at which orders come in, there may be multiple requests for the same position. Orders will be placed in a first-come, first-served basis, and we will make efforts to give you placement in a position as close to your request as possible.

This is not a contest, lottery or sweepstakes and there are no prizes.

You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted everything, so PLEASE be sure of the image & link you want on the site before making your submission.

If your image and link are accepted and published on the EndTheDebate.com site, you cannot get a refund. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the event that the grid does not reach 7,550 ad squares (755,000 pixels) sold by March 31, 2008 -- prior to the start of the 2008 baseball season -- EndTheDebate, LLC has the right to end selling advertising. In this case, there will be no refunds and we are under no obligation to donate or destroy the ball.

The page will stay live until at least August 4, 2012, the 5-year anniversary of Barry Bonds' 755th home run.

EndTheDebate, LLC reserves the right to reject any advertising at any time for any reason. No obscene, offensive, or adult images and links will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded.

If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive, obscene, or adult material, then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.

If, for whatever reason, you request that your image and link be removed from the site, we will make efforts to respond quickly, however you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels) Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.

Images may not be animated.

Links must be to Web pages (the content returned as the final result of clicking on a link must be text, NOT BINARY) only and begin with http://

You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.

Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the site.

There may be occasional downtime for site maintenance. EndTheDebate, LLC will make reasonable efforts to keep this to a minimum.

Once you have ordered pixels and the funds have cleared, EndTheDebate will aim to get your pixels online within 3 business days.

EndTheDebate, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
